I am running community version on Ubuntu 14.04LTS and the installation
of v16 packages is “kept back” That shoud generally mean that some
rerequisite is not met. So I checked v16 installation guide and there
are just a few most important files verisons mentioned. I meet all
minimum requirements (not all recomended).
Are there any further undocumented prerequisites?
