no, I dont know. If they show up, you will know.
Maybe the warning is outdated, as there was some work invested into that section
in correspondence with sitemanager.
SiteMgr ususally is at root of the domain, therefore setting a
cookie-path (!= /) creates situation where you can no longer log into
SiteMgr, as cookie is not valid there - thought anon access still works.

Maybe the problems only show, when trying to edit sites.
I would be very careful to edit sites, while having both sites opened within the same browser.
In fact I would carefully avoid that kind of situation.
