About groupbox

Hello everybody,

GroupBox is a nice way to group together fields and labels with common target. Maybe I'm wrong but I find out :

• 1) If I start a groupbox as a new widget, I can't insert anything inside,
• 2) To gather several fields in a groupbox, they must be in the same column of the same grid (ok for the grid)
• 3) each time I create a groupbox I've to substitute the current grid on which I want to create the groupbox with the groupbox itself, and only the first column of the grid is inserted in the group box (for example for a form, if on the same line I created a widget Label and a widget Text(without label) only the first column that is to say the label is inserted in the groupbox and field to receive data are removed...)

I was thinking that all the widgets of the current grid would be inserted in the groupbox.

My question is How to insert all th widget of a grid in a groupbox whatever can be the number of columns ?

I'm certainly wrong somewhere, could you help please

After digging deeper, I find out that :

I've understand I can add several cells in a groupbox with option, I try but each time only It works for the first column

So, I've to create the first column (first Grid) with a widget inside, I don't forget to surround my grid with new Gid above, below on the right (next column) to preseve the possibility to extend my template also outside of the groupbox. After I go on the widget in my first Grid , I open the editor with its widget An I replace the Grid of this widget by a GroupBox, I save. After that, I can continue to add other widget inside my new groupbox and access also the other Grid.

Each time a groupbox replaces a grid... It's my comprehension, thanks for some advices
