I would like to ask some advices to solve the following issue.
We tryed to make the update from 1.8 version to 14.2, but our IT specialist
have some problem to make this update.
The current situation is as following:
Our server is working properly, we can receive and send the e-mails by phone
the only issue is that we can’t access to the interface of our egroupware on
the computer.
If someone can halp to understand how to solve this, please suggest.
That’s to little information to help
What do you mean with “we can’t access to the interface”?
What does Apache error.log show, when you try to access EGroupware URL?
