CalDAV and all WebDAV stuff in EGroupware uses a pseudo session based on
the basic auth credentials, as most *DAV clients dont support session
cookies.
So you either wait some time, or delete the session files.

Some further details. I noticed that the login for
http://domain/groupdav.php/calendar/1.ics was being done automatically by
Firefox. So I tried to login using another browser and the login would not
work. So I went back to Firefox and deleted the stored passwords and login
did not work. Earlier using the configuration options in the setup admin
area I had moved the hostname to a subdomain. I revertd the configuration
back to the original and the login started working.
I take it from this that the calDAV module is not being updated correctly
when the hostname is changed through the configuration panel.

Hi,
When trying to create a calDAV account using iCal.app under OSX I get the
message:
Your password was rejected by the server
I am using the URL:
http://domain/groupdav.php/calendar/
The username/password entry is copy then paste
I am able to read the calendar at the URL:
http://domain/groupdav.php/calendar/1.ics
using Firefox and this can then be loaded by iCal.app
In earlier posts I have seen that an account needs to be created using
Preferences in iCal but is there some more magic in OSX 10.5.8 ?
Regards,
Mark
