Hi Gatis,
I’ve just installed E-groupware 14.1, release date 21-10-2014. When Mail
application is selected it displays Account not found! (acc_id=NULL), though
e-mail address itself is working. Manual entry also does not bring success.
Steps to recreate: Choose – create new account: Write in passwords and
settings Press continue and get progress bar which neither stops nor returns
any visible error. E-mail addresses are valid and can be accessed via other
interfaces.
The exact error message that is reported by the page is:Ajax request to
/egroup/json.php?menuaction=mail.etemplate_new.ajax_process_content.etemplate
failed: parsererror Can someone help out? Gatis
Check your Apache error_log, it most likely contains a PHP Fatal error.
Error message usually helps to find out what went wrong.
You eg. might forgot to install required Horde PEAR packages or other
problems with your environment.
