ActiveSync issue with some account

Hello,

I’ve installed the egroupware 14.2 version and it is up to date.

I use the LDAP authentication and everything is working as i want.

In order to synchronize calendar, I’m testing the 3 protocols availables (Caldav, SyncML and Microsoft ActiveSync).

I managed to synchronize some accounts with Microsoft ActiveSync on my device (Android).

Here is the problem :

When i try to synchronize an account with some subfolders containing several mails (~ 1000), i can’t get the calendar entry on my device. It seems that the server has some troubles getting the tree of the mail account. Even if i disable the mail synchronization !
You can see on the following logs which leads me to think the problem is due to subfolders :

I have created some subfolders on a synchronized account but the synchronisation is still going well…

Now I wonder if there is an good explanation of this bug I missed.

I don’t know about ActiveSync, but SyncML is no longer supported in
eGroupware, so you shouldn’t waste your time on it.

CalDAV ist working good on Android for calendar sync, with the
appropiate app.
