We have made quite a number of changes to the addressbook and have noticed a problem when displaying a record.
When you click on view, the customised form displays correctly, but when you click cancel, another form appears displaying what looks like the standard address book form . I took a look in the apache error log and found this entry

Can anyone offer any advise on what can be done to resolve this?
