Hello Kenneth,
maybe a script like MySQL Tuning Primer (https://launchpad.net/mysql-tuning-primer)
could help you? Just download it and run - there are instructions included.
Good idea is to run it again, after a period of ‘real load’ to see if any of the settings
suggested in first run can be streamlined. Basically, you want to allow MySQL keep as many tables in
memory as possible - but still to not allow Apache to run out of physical memory either.
Kind Regards,
Lukasz
Hello
I am wondering if there are some MySQL cleanup routines I should/can
run after a large CSV upload. The EGW 1.8CE addressbook module has
become very sluggish, and the suggestions that come up when starting
to type a name into the email address field in the mail module often
miss some entries we know are in the addressbook.
Thanks in advance
Ken
