Addressbook contacts import egroupware 14.3

Hello,

in the old eGW versions (1.4, 1.6) i have the possibility to import contacts in addressbook from openoffice file (or csv maybe).
in this version (14.3.002) i do not find this function… it was deleted or only moved?

CSV or vCard import to addressbook is available via ImportExport app, to
which you need run rights to see it.

I did not have permission for import export app, so eGW do not showed me that option.
