Hi Joel,
Hello,
I’ve tried to export the AddressBook through the CSV Export icon that
appears in the addressbook listing, althought when I open the generated
file, it contains a lot of columns and fields that I really don’t care
about. Is there a way to select which columns do I want to export so the
resulting file does not get so “dirty”?
In EPL 11.1 you can define which export to run, when a user clicks
export icon.
And another question, is there a way that I could generate this via
console in a Linux environment? to automatically put the comand into a
crontab and I could get an excel file updated every week or so?
Import/Export app has a command line client and in EPL 11.1 also an own
scheduling for running repeating exports or imports. But I’m not sure
how much of that was already available in 1.8.
