Hi there,
I have a problem and here is the scenario: I have egroupware 1.8 community edition set up in my school. Staffs would have access to the resources and be able to book resources. Resources in my case are lecture halls and classrooms to be booked by staffs for their classes. I want students to login to egroupware as anonymous users. And the anonymous user can be able to view each resource and their calendar but must not be able to book any resource.
Currently, I configure Resource’s Access Permissions to allow anonymous user to have read permissions only to the tutorial/lecture rooms but anonymous users can still book resources and it appears on the resources calender. The staffs in my school have their user group called staffs and anonymous user belong to a group called student.
How can I configure Resource Access Permissions to stop anonymous user from booking a resource.
Im running Egroupware 1.8.004 Community Edition on Ubuntu 12.04 LTS.
Any assistance will be Highly appreciated.
Harry
