Any way to show calender weekview as default on home and day view as default on calendar view

Listmates, Ralf,

Is there any way to show as default the calendar weekview on the home 

page display and dayview as default when calendar view is selected?

The home page can already display the info log, and what I would prefer 

to see on the home page on login is a weekview that shows me “where I
have to be” the infolog display already shows me “what I have to do”

When switching to calendar view, day view is the preferred default 

because the todo list is then displayed at the right. After already
visited the weekview and having an understanding of where I have to be
for the week, I would like to turn my attention to "what I have to do"
when selecting calendar.

Is there a file I can hack to do this?

Hi David,

what we are doing at the moment is “deeplinking” our favourite calendar views in our browser.
With the Url, you can set the view, the group, and the time-interval.

This is not exactly what you asked for, but it is working quite fine, if your are using different then same browsers/PC most of the time.
