App Implementation: Task

Good morning everyone !
I would like to use the Tasks to assign tasks to the various employees of the company.
The application at the moment is just fine except for one particular: I would like the collaborator to whom the activity is assigned to be able to read, CANNOT modify anything, but can add comments as well as vary the progress. I can’t find how to get comments added.
In practice it would need (in my opinion) a field as for Tracking (add comment) and maybe the possibility adding files / links.
I saw that it could be done using Project, but it is much more complex. Activities would be perfect with these additional 2 possibilities.

I had found this solution.
It may be fine but it’s not the best. It has the disadvantage that the person to whom the task is assigned can change it, while it would be better if they could not do it. But he should be able to add periodic progress reports.
