ASpell not working

When I click the ASpell button in CKEditor 4.5.4 I get a blank ASpell box.
I checked that /usr/bin/aspell is installed.
I have :-
EGroupware version 14.3.20151110
PHP Version 5.6.14

When I replace phpgwapi/js/ckeditor from backup It works fine. The version reported is now CKEditor 4.5.2

Just installed version 14.3.20151130 however there is no fix for the CKEditor spell problem. The version in now CKEditor 4.5.4 DEV (revision 39ec1d4)

I just updated to EGroupware version 14.3.20160113 and the ASpell
problem has not been fixed.
