Hi Martin,
Hello,
I am bloody new to eGroupware.
I have to develop an additional authentication method for eGroupWare. I’ve
already seen in the source code that’s the place is:
phpgwapi\inc - I just have to extend the interface auth_backend
But I don’t know where I can define that eGroupWare uses my custom
authentication.
Current EGroupware (not entirely sure about 1.8) automatically loads
everything matching phpgwapi/inc/class.auth_*.inc.php and offers to
select it as authentication method in setup >> configuration.
For required method have a look in the interface. There are a few
optional methods you can find eg. in class.auth_sql.inc.php.
Ralf
Furthermore I am not sure what I should google. What is the correct term in
eGroupContext for this: is it an extension or a module? Where can I get more
information?
Kind regards
Martin Zeller
