Best way to include link to a map in contact or calendar event

Guys,

What is the best way to save a map link in contact or calendar events so that
the link is an active hyper-link to eg. mapquest or google maps. I can get the
urls for the maps, but in the details section, etc… they just show as links and
aren’t clickable. Is there any way to embed a link to a map? If so, what’s the
best way to do that?

Currently no really nice way.

Depending on your needs, you can try a custom HTML field.
Set custom field length to “,extended”.
Then you can include the link, or maybe even embed the map.
In addressbook the link will be clickable in the list, but not in edit popup.
Not sure about calendar events, but it might work there too.
