RESOLVED
I forced the host server clock ahead 1 hr, and that seems to have clear the problem.
I have been experiencing problems with the clock “sticking” on the host server (different issue totally outside EGW)

Hi
I have run into the problem of being blocked out of my EGW server, and only get the blocked message. I followed the instructions that Ralf had posted regarding this about 5 years ago
delete from egw_config where config_name=‘num_unsuccessful_id’;
This command returned successfully, but did NOT fix my problem. I am now blocked (on ALL accounts I try to use). There really should be a better fix for this, perhaps a script that could be run from a ssh session into the host server, than could reset the timer/counter.
I waited the full 15 minutes, and still no access.
