Calendar add/edit event - window maximizes vertically in Firefox

Ralf, All,

I’m trying to find out what makes the calendar add/edit event window
maximize ‘vertically’ whenever a calendar event is clicked on in svn 1.8.001.
The calendar event window opens correctly in firefox, but after a second, it
fills the whole screen from top to bottom. It doesn’t maximize left/right,
just up/down.

This problem seems to be firefox related as I don’t see the same behavior
in epiphany or ie. Anybody ever figure out why this is happening in firefox
and what to do to fix it?

There’s a function that tries to size a popup to the correct size for
its contents. egw_openWindowCentered2()
Maybe in egw 1.8 / firefox it’s wrong?
As another data point, doesn’t happen in trunk (r35551) with FF 3.6.18.

Thanks Nathan,

I don’t think I had this problem with FF3. I think it started after Arch
and SuSE moved to FF4.
