Basic answer: no you can’t what you’re looking for is a content
management system like joomla or something simular.
Egroupware is not that it’s an “groupware application” which
integrates several applications to make it possible to exchange
information between a closed group, much like within an office.
(think of: single calender from an secretary with email and a office-
phonebook)
You could make a website using egroupware applications like
sitemanager of jinn, but that completly different from you aproch to
integrate several single modules for you site.
Please take a look at www.joomla.org, that probably is more helpfull
for your needs then egroupware.
