Where’s your install package from?
I have never used yum and I am on ubuntu, however googling a bit should
have helped you… 
Apparently the full context need to be applied first before you can
apply partial contexts.
Did you delete /var/lib/egroupware? And then reinstalled?
Usually manually removing all traces of the failed installation helps.
It may well be that if the egroupware root folder is gone, that yum
applies the full contexts again.
Otherwise you might have to do it yourself.
BTW, if you need help, it’s always a good idea to tell people what
system you are on and what the log reads and what you have done to
address the issues.
