Can't log in - "Account is expired"

So I created an account for a user, community version 1.8.

When we try and log in to this account we get “Account is expired”, but
I just created the account and checked the box that says the account
should not expire.

I have removed the sess_* files, but that didn’t make any difference.

What can I do to find/fix this problem?

Thanks for the quick reply, Ralf.

The “never” expires box is really checked and there is no expiration
date. I even toggled the bit and resaved, then re-checked. Same
problem.

The “never” expires box is really checked and there is no expiration
date. I even toggled the bit and resaved, then re-checked. Same
problem.

Sorry, never experienced nor heard about this kind of behavior.

You’ll probably have to debug that. It’s in
phpgwapi/inc/class.egw_session.inc.php in the method create().
