Just implemented it in trunk:
http://www.egroupware.org/viewvc/trunk/infolog/inc/class.soinfolog.inc.php?r1=25889&r2=25888&pathrev=25889
If you port that to 1.4, you need to replace
egw_db::CAPABILITY_CASE_INSENSITIV_LIKE with ‘case_insensitive_like’
Or use mysql

Hi, I’ve been trying to find a way to make the search in the infolog case
insensitive. I have not had any success and am wondering if anyone else
knows how this can be achieved?
Thanks, Tom
P.S. I am using eGW v1.4.004
