Charset problem ? with email-tracking

Hello,

I am making some test with the email handling in the tracking application.
In the config, I defined that a mail coming from an unknow sender, has to be forwarded to unknown@mydomain.com. This is what I receive :

In the setup page I can see that my system is UTF-8

When the system send a mail after having enter a new comment, the received mail contains &160; instead of LF

With the same mail system i also sometimes have problem with ’ (apostrophe) who is or replaced by nothing or by a strange graphic caracter.

Don’t know if it as something to do with my mail system or egw ?

There are known issues with conversion of the mailbody; see also bug id #1847.
It will be fixed… asap :-S

Do you mean that what I get is normal ?
I can’t get access to the bug 1847. Even when I login I only see 1-15 from 1925 and can’t do anything like search, next …
Is asap a few days, few weeks or few months ?

Not normal, but known.
You’ll see bug 1847 if you go to Bug Reports (eg from the COmmunity tab)
and select the category Tracker (State not closed).
I don’t know when asap comes around this year, but I don’t suppose it’s
not gonna be days.
