Check Install stops detecting PEAR (Windows)

Hi there…
I’m trying to install egroupware on WinXP and I’m having problems to pass to
Check Install…

All dependences are installed, but check install stops when it tries to find
PEAR installation… (just stops…)

Pear is installed.
My include_path, in php.ini, has the pear directory
I installed egw_pear (from sf.net, as egroupware core)

If I remove the PEAR, check install informs that PEAR is not installed but
with PEAR installed, the check install stops after the ‘imap’ module…

nothing in my apache error.log…

Someone can give me a clue why check install is stopping to check my egw
installation on pear ???

Ta usando uma instalação limpa ou algum “embutido” tipo o Xampp ? Qual versão do eGW ?

Esse bug costumava existir na versão 1.3 do eGW … inclusive foi reportado por mim. Hoje, pelo menos na trunk, ele ja esta consertado … pelo que me lembro na 1.4 ja esta OK tambem.

Verifica se ele esta criando uma pasta PHP4/PHP5 na raiz do seu C:

Hi,

I’m using a clean installation (I downloaded from sf.net). Version 1.4.001.
After some fighti, I resolved the problem installing PEAR from
http://go-pear.org script…
I don’t know why, but the PEAR from by PHP installer didn’t worked…

(My problem now is that Step 2 is not writing the email configuration in
Postgresql database. This problem was reported already in '06 february…
I’m waiting for some help too)
