Good afternoon.

I did the system update for version 17, but in the email processing parameterization of the tracker system it has error of:

An error happened (EGroupware\Api\Exception\AssertionFailed): CreateObject() file /mnt/DiscoApache/var/www/html/helpdesk/api/inc/class…inc.php not found!

Friends could help me in resolving the problem.

did you install EGw in the doc-root?

I did the system update for version 17,

From which version?

Hi Stefan.

I made the installation in the doc-root and updated my version from version 14 with their respective updates passing version by version until 17.
I have also updated the day 20180118.

Hi Renato,

please install in a subdirectory (e.g. /egroupware) or, better and strongly recommended, install via packetmanager:
