Commercial support

Hi,

after two unsuccessful attempts to get some kind of commercial support
using the links provided at www.egroupware.org another try directly via
the developers list (the only thing I got was “we will forward your
query to $someone”, but that $someone obviously never felt it neccessary
to get back to us):

We are in the process of rolling out an egw installation in a medium
size organisation (approx. 150 work stations). Before we start that in
Q2/2008 we would like to get two kinds of paid support:

• hopefully very occasional level 3 support
• a couple of bugfixes for some partially long outstanding things
  (mostly SyncML related).

So maybe someone of the developers is willing to help us out

Sorry, it looks like no-one here can help right now.
I think the time-frame looks like March, but I won’t speak for the
support companies.

No, it was actually not that bad. A couple of people were contacting me
offlist and even via phone.

So we are evaluating our options now.
