There have been a few changes in the addressbook compared to the
previous version (14.3.007 vs 1.8.004) which are confusing people. In
the previous version, it would display the 4 phone numbers (Business,
Moblie, Home, Fax) and leave gaps when the value isn’t given - so the
third line is the Home phone while the 4th is the Fax. In the latest
version, if not all 4 values are given, the fax might be the third value
or it could be the home phone number, at quick glance there is no way to
tell the difference. This means the user has to open the entry to make
sure they use the correct number.
Is it possible to add an icon beside the values to identify what the
phone number represents - or re-add the gaps to make it more obvious of
what value is given?
