I personally hate the capitalized country names, but we expect problems
with sync, if we change them now. Maybe it’s ok if we update all
modifications times and etag’s forcing the clients to a full reload of
all contacts.
You should talk to Jörg Lehrke (our SyncML maintainer) about it. He’s
also the person to address about the KOrganizer GroupDAV issues, thought
I dont know if he has time and joy fixing it. If you report the concrete
issue/fix, he is probably willing to commit necessary changes.
