I have just started to explore the egroupware service, so excuse my maybe
silly question.
How can I create a new page at Wiki section? I need a very detailed
instruction please, because I really do not understand the manuals on the
egroupware site. Searching in the internet did not give any relevant
explanations too.
I will be very very glad in case if somebody write the step-by-step
description like “click here, then write it, etc”.

There are (there were in 1.8…) instructions embedded - excerpt from that:
"
SmashWordsTogether? to create a page link. Click on the ? to edit the new page.
You can also create (free links)? that aren’t WordsSmashedTogether?. Type them like this: ((free links)).
"
(obviously, don’t put the ? after the SmashWordsTogather or afer ((free links)) 
the ? appears when you save the page)
Try typing “WikkiTikkiTavi” (without quotes) into the wiki page and see where that link leads you when saved.
