Creating Testmodule

Hello,

I tried to implement a test module as shown here:

I successfully installed the test application, but it does now show up within the application manage menu.

Can me anyone help please?

Sorry, I mean it does show up in the application list, but it does not show up in the top navigation list (icons)…

Did you give yourself permission to the application?

OK, after this is done and my application modul works fine , i tried to move it to the beta-version of the coming 14.x release.
And now it does not work anymore.

That means, i could install the application within the setup, but after this it does not appear within the list of installed applications.

Can me please anyone give a hint, what has to be done to create my own module in the coming release??

If it’s installed and you have permissions, it should just work the same as
before.
You could check that your app meets dependencies in setup.inc.php, but I
can’t think of any other reason it wouldn’t show up.
