Custom field select box blank/empty option

Oops, I posted this into the users forum by mistake - it probably belongs here instead

The old method for providing an blank response in a custom field’s select box was to have a ‘=’ on a line by itself. As of 14.1 this doesn’t seem to work.

What is the new method for providing a custom field select box blank/empty option?

Hello Paul,
I use

=blank
1=1
2=2

or maybe

=& nbsp; (without space after the & )
1=1
2=2

will work too.

I did this to all my custom field select boxes, and although they still look the same ‘=’, they work now!! Thanks Jürgen Dlugi!
