I checked trunk with addressbook, infolog, perp_ar and custom fields
show in the list.
Thank you so much for the feedback! I had to remove the selection of all
custom fields in the list view and then re-add custom fields in general
(this refreshes the internal references) and then the custom fields I
want to display. Strange behavior. Maybe, the internal reference names
have changed during the last months.
