You probably already have a wiki page with that name AND version 233.
Not sure how you can reproduce that situation, it’s not the regular one.
If you put you changes in clip board, navigate to the page again, insert
and store it, it should work.
If you come a with a description of the step you take to create that
situation, we can probably fix it.
