Database tables installation

Hi,
I have followed the installation procedure, but, when trying to access the main page, it says:

Fatal Error: It appears that you have not created the database tables for eGroupWare. Click here to run setup.

How can I manually create the tables needed by egw?

You will have to add them manually.

I personally added them through a programme called SQLYog which enables me to connect to MySQL on my server. I’m sure you must have something similar to access your MySQL.

Yes, but the help file expain only how to create the database (which is fixed-name with my hoster), not the tables,
is there any .sql file to be run?

ps) i can access the mysql db with phpMyAdmin - 2.8.2.4

The tables are made by the install process.

Once everything is loaded up, then visit www.yourdomain.com/egroupware, the check installation process begins and if you pass then the tables will be made.

You need to make sure you have read/write access to your egroupware folder.

We followed the instructions on the manual, but when we try to load the backup file, the process ends and there is no error message. What should we do to diagnoses what happened?
