Hallo Zusammen.
Wir habe mit der 21.1 EPL die CTI-Integration deutlich ausgebaut:
Die Einbindung haben wir generisch gestaltet und die Schnittstelle bislang für Placetel ausgelegt.
Nun haben wir ebenfalls die Schnittstelle für Asterisk-Anlagen geschaffen.
Wir suchen nun EPL-Anwender, welche ebenfalls eine Asterisk-Telefonanlage verwenden, um mit Ihnen gemeinsam Tests durch zu führen.
Anwender Asterisk-basierter Anlagen (Starface, Pascom, FreePBX, Gemeinschaft, Doccom, …) sollten sich auch gerne melden. Wir müssen dann schauen, in wie weit diese Anlagen auf der Schnittstelle kompatibel sind.

Hello everybody.
We have significantly enhanced the CTI integration with the 21.1 EPL:
We have made the integration generic and so far designed the interface for Placetel.
Now we have also created the interface for Asterisk systems.
We are now looking for EPL users who also use an Asterisk telephone system to carry out tests together with you.
Users of Asterisk-based systems (Starface, Pascom, FreePBX, Gemeinschaft, Doccom, …) should also get in touch. We will then have to see to what extent these systems are compatible on the interface.
