I am trying to use what follows in the infolog preferences.
Is this working ? Can’t see anything changing
I tried with :
/home/common/templates/Fax NL.rtf in the first field and
/home/common/templates/ in the second field

Default document to insert entries
If you specify a document (full vfs path) here, infolog displays an extra document icon for each entry. That icon allows to download the specified document with the contact data inserted. The document can contain placeholder like }, to be replaced with the contact data (full list of placeholder names). At the moment the following document-types are supported:*.rtf, .txt
