Delegated activity the delegate disappears

Hi everyone,
I probably didn’t understand how Infolog works. I have done some tests and I am really very confused. Suppose I want to assign a task to one of my staff member.
I create a ToDo entry in the infolog and I assign the activity to my staff member who becomes the responsible. In this case it is activity #5131 as shown in image.

At this point, infolog correctly displays the activity of which I am the creator and my co-worker is responsible. As you can see, the activity was delegated at 15:05.

The collaborator completes the task and marks it as completed. I correctly receive the completed message. Shortly afterwards, however, at 15:47 the fact that the task had been delegated to my colleague disappears.

This seems strange to me as it would be useful to keep the information of the person who carried out the activity so that it can be traced through the filters and the person responsible.
Am I doing something wrong? Is this a bug?
I am asking if anyone has encountered this problem.

As shown in the image, in step 1 I define one of the my collaborators the person responsible. In step 2 my collaborator defines a completion date and in step 3 100% of completion and defines the task as done.

after a few hours …20:41 the activity looks like this

it seems as if, with time, the delegate is deleted or that a later change by the owner of the activity cancels the delegate’s assignment

Am I doing something wrong?

Is there anything new about what is happening to us? Unfortunately, what is happening has a severe impact on our operation because it would seem that the delegated activity loses the delegate’s information after a certain period of time.
In an organisation this is highly negative.

Hi everyone,
I did another simpler test without involving collaborators.

STEP 1 19:42 I create a ToDo defining myself as responsible.

After a few hours (ora 23:32) the assignment disappeared

History is empty!

and Infolog does not show the assignment

I can’t undersstand if I’m doing something wrong or if there’s some setting I don’t know about.
Has anyone ever noticed this problem? Does it depend on my installation?

Hello everyone
SOLVED !!!.
The problem is not in EGW but in CalDav Syncronizer. When CalDav synchronises it causes two errors:

1. users to whom a task is delegated are lost;
2. users invited to a call are deleted (much more dangerous as if you organise a meeting at the first synchronisation, the meeting invitees are lost).

For the first problem I have not yet found a solution. so I will open another post

For the second problem, I found a solution by changing the CalDav settings.
The settings to use are as follows:

**Options > Profile > Mapping Configuration > Meeting Settings > **
Sync Org & Part -> True
SCHED AG = CLIENT -> True
Handle as Server IDentity -> True

I haven’t done much testing but it seems to be working.
