Delete Multiple tickets together

Hi Dear,

I hope everyone is perfect, as I’m new the this EGROUPWARE I juts wanted to know how I can delete thousand of tickets together. because I used my old email address for ticketing and the system generated tickets from the starting email.

More than 50,000 tickets are to be generated in traking system.

I am very thankful to you if someone can hel me to overcome this situation.

Hi Hafiz.

Well, the import worked

Tickets cannot be deleted in EGroupware.

There is one workaround for this case:
create a new queue - move all tickets into that queue - and remove the queue
Then the queue and all tickets are really deleted - no way back (without restoring backup).

But please do not try without a data backup!
