Digitally sign outgoing e-mail

Hi,
is there any way in the egroupware, how to digitally sign an outgoing e-mail
with personal certificate. If not, are you planning implement this feature in the next release ?

client-side PGP encryption is supported with 16.1.

When I checked end of last year, I was told clear signing is available
soon to the browser plugin we use:

https://www.mailvelope.com/

I have not yet seen it in their release announcements. If they support
it, it is easy to add for us.

Hi Ralf,
thanks for your quick response.

PGP is good alternative, but what about if I need to use S/MIME certification.
Is there any way how to digitally sign using S/MIME in egroupware.
Any plugin or whatsoever ?
