Disabling active user count

I’m testing egroupware(comunity) on centos. I get a ton of “zero sized reply” error messages when navigating through interface, or blank pages if i use a old browser, at same time application error log is empty, other web services hosted on that server work fine.
Investigating the problem revealed that one user had similar problem solved by disabling active user count, how can i do that ?

Would it be in Settings (left upper corner) - Common settings - Forced
settings - Show number of active users?
