When the administrator selects “All addressbooks” it works as I would
expect, I can see all entries is all the address books.
However, when a normal user selects “All addressbooks” he/she only
sees there own personal address book, they have to select "Accounts"
to see everyone else. We use ldap to store the accounts.
We have EGroupware 16.1.005
