Apologies if this has been answered, but I have just taken over a system that uses egroupware - with no handoff from the prior admin, and no documentation on any of the systems in place.
We are trying to edit distribution lists (add and remove users), to no avail. What looks like proper changes are not being reflected, and what seems the intuitive way to add users to a distribution list isn’t working.
Most of the lists were created by a user who is no longer here, so show as belonging to her. We’d like to change that, in addition to being able to add/remove users (and create new lists as needed).
Thanks for any suggestions, or pointing me to the appropriate documentation!
