Docker install Mysql error

Dear Team,
I have installed Egroupware using docker image. Now everything works fine. But the issue is when I try to configure multiple domains in Egroupware(http://mydomain/egroupware/seup) am getting error in creating database. Iam unable to create Database for new domain. Iam giving correct password, to check the password which iam giving right or wrong i logged in to egroupware-db docker image(mysql -u root -p ) iam able login.Please find an attachement for error.

Hi Chandrashekar.

I have now also tried this for the first time. It worked without any problems. Now I have another EGroupware instance on a test system (with a selection box at the login).

You were in the
Header admin login
and tried to create the new instance there?

Please show in detail in which fields you entered what.

Hi stefanU ,

Please find an attachment for header admin content. After making the entry in header admin login am clicking on “write” and continue. Now after finishing above steps i havelogged in to Setup/config admin and if i try to create database it is not working.

Manually i have create database “chandru” and user chandru in egroupware-db docker. Still same problem persists.
