I’ve moved from one place to another and from an old version of EGW to 1.8.004
I made great se of the old document manager as it was very good at version management.
I cannot see anywhere near the same functionality in the FileManager app.
As I test I uploaded a document. Then downloaded it, edited it and tried to upload the new version and got a pop-up asking me id I wanted to overwrite the old copy. At first I thought no, and cancelled. But that simply aborted the operation.
So, being an adventurer, I did again and accepted the option to overwrite the original. OK, so how do I now go back tothe original.
How do I lock a specfic document from editing?
There seems to have been a huge step backwards with this, unless I’m missing something obvious.
This ability was the core reason we decided on EGW, I’ve put a lot of work into this project and would hate to have to back track now.
