Drop a domain / instance?

What exactly is required to drop a domain / instance from an eGW
installation?
I’ve tried using the delete checkbox from the header admin, but it
doesn’t go away. It may be spaces in my domain name, but I doubt it.

I checked in /setup/manageheader.inc.php, but I don’t understand
what’s going on with line 172. It seems to just skip out instead of
removing the domain, and /setup/inc/class.setup_header.inc.php doesn’t
deal with that variable.

I’d say that it’s as easy as identifying the db in header.inc.php and
the reference to the instance in $GLOBALS[‘egw_domain’][<domainname].
Then, drop the db and the lines referring to the egw domain in
header.inc.php.

I seen you fixed it. Thanks

I have the code to drop the DB and remove all directories associated
with a domain, but I dont think it’s a good idea to include it in
manager-header. A domain entry in the header is easyly restored, but
dropping the db and removing the dirs is final!

Yes, that’s why I didn’t try.
Perhaps a list somewhere to say "If you really wanted to do this, now
you have to:

Drop database
Remove directory…
Delete all your backups from …"

I couldn’t figure out how to put in a message to the user though.
