Egroupware 1.6 - can't add account

Hello,

From my hosting provider, I have installed egroupware stylite 1.6.
Everything is ok, except that I can’t create a new user or edit existed guest users.
When I click add, it shows only the Admin bar and nothing else.
The same when I am trying to edit users.
I contact with my hosting provider, and they told me that there are no error logs.
My php version is PHP Version 5.2.17

Any idea about it?
