EGroupware 17.1. - do not send statisticerror

Hi
after I log into egroupware and access to admin section, the system wants to send statistics.
But sending statistics ending with the message “error 404 page not found”.
Access to the admin section is blocked with the message "Please submit statistic first."
When I refresh the page then shows “Database error
Invalid SQL: REPLACE INTO egw_preferences () VALUES ()
Field ‘preference_owner’ doesn’t have a default value (1364)
Click here to resume your eGroupWare Session.”
“Resume” link is not functional and the page with the database error shows again.

Some time ago, we expanded the function and removed the receiver infrastructure.
The message is therefore correct.

We will hardly be able to clarify what is going wrong with your database here in the community forum.
Especially not on such an old version.
