eGroupware and Google calendar, can they be synced?

Is it possible to sync eGroupware and Google calendar? I understand the support of Ical. But when you try to import, the only option given is to upload a file.

Google calendar does not have the option of downloading a file to be later uploaded to eGroupware. The option Gcal gives is a link.

Please, if anyone has a solution to this it would be great. Thank you
