If you hand the data to the function that does the ics Export, its
processing the data as is.
That is, what is done, if you pass it for mailing. It seems to be meant like
that, since
if you get an ics attached, and paste it into your local calendar in - any
local client, and
the timezone of the timestamp of the event is not passed it can only be
local time.
If you export an event, you pass only the id of the given event to the
function that does the
ics Export, that way, it must retrieve the information, and retrieves the
information with a
different flag (parameter while calling the function) as it would be passed
to the function
for the retrieval of data for display in eGroupware. Exporting may be meant
to import it
to another server, so servertime may be desired for timestamps.
That way, it may not be a bug, that you are experiencing.
